Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these Terms

Welcome to SLUP.TV.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of SLUP.TV, including our website, applications, livestreams, feeds, artificial intelligence features, content-generation tools, chat features, APIs, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing or using SLUP.TV, creating an account, submitting content, generating content, or otherwise interacting with the Service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use SLUP.TV.

2. What SLUP.TV is

SLUP.TV is a user-generated-content and streaming platform that may allow users to:

  • Submit prompts;
  • Generate content using artificial intelligence;
  • Upload images, video, audio or other material;
  • Submit generated videos for publication;
  • Participate in chats and other interactive features;
  • React to, comment on or interact with content;
  • Have content included in feeds or livestreams;
  • Have content distributed to third-party streaming or social-media platforms.

Much of the content available through SLUP.TV is created, generated, uploaded or submitted by users rather than by SLUP.TV.

We do not endorse user-generated content merely because it appears on the Service.

3. Eligibility

You may use SLUP.TV only if you are legally permitted to enter into these Terms and use the Service under applicable law.

If SLUP.TV establishes a minimum age requirement for a particular feature, you must meet that requirement.

You may not use the Service if your account has previously been permanently suspended or terminated unless SLUP.TV expressly allows you to return.

4. Your account

You are responsible for your account and activity performed through it.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate account information;
  • Keep your login credentials secure;
  • Not share access to your account in a way that creates abuse or security risks;
  • Notify us if you believe your account has been compromised;
  • Accept responsibility for content submitted through your account.

You may not sell, transfer, rent or otherwise provide accounts for the purpose of avoiding enforcement or platform restrictions.

5. User Content

“User Content” means anything you upload, submit, enter, transmit, generate, publish or otherwise provide through SLUP.TV.

This includes:

  • Prompts;
  • Images;
  • Videos;
  • Audio;
  • Text;
  • Chat messages;
  • Comments;
  • Usernames and profile information;
  • Reference material;
  • AI-generated content;
  • Captions;
  • Titles;
  • Thumbnails;
  • Reactions;
  • Other submitted material.

You remain responsible for your User Content.

You are responsible for ensuring that your User Content and your use of it comply with these Terms and applicable law.

6. AI-generated content

SLUP.TV may provide access to artificial intelligence systems capable of generating or modifying text, images, audio, video and other material.

AI-generated content can be unpredictable.

Outputs may:

  • Be inaccurate;
  • Be offensive;
  • Resemble existing content;
  • Contain mistakes;
  • Contain unexpected material;
  • Be inappropriate for your intended use;
  • Infringe the rights of another person.

You are responsible for reviewing generated content before submitting, publishing, sharing or relying on it.

SLUP.TV does not guarantee that generated content will be unique, accurate, legal, non-infringing, appropriate or suitable for any particular purpose.

7. Your responsibility for prompts and generated content

You are responsible not only for the final content you publish, but also for the prompts, instructions, reference material and other inputs you provide to SLUP.TV.

You may not intentionally instruct, manipulate or encourage an AI system to generate content prohibited by these Terms.

A prohibited request remains prohibited even if:

  • The AI system successfully generates it;
  • An automated moderation system fails to detect it;
  • The content is never published;
  • The content is submitted as a joke;
  • You use euphemisms or coded language;
  • You claim the request is fictional;
  • You claim the request is for testing purposes;
  • You attempt to disguise the true intent of the request.

Successfully bypassing a technical restriction does not make prohibited content acceptable.

8. Prohibited content and conduct

You may not use SLUP.TV to create, request, upload, submit, transmit, distribute or promote content prohibited by these Terms.

Sexual content and pornography

You may not submit or attempt to generate:

  • Pornographic material;
  • Explicit depictions of sexual acts;
  • Explicit sexual nudity;
  • Fetish content primarily intended for sexual gratification;
  • Sexual violence;
  • Sexual exploitation;
  • Non-consensual sexual content;
  • Voyeuristic sexual content;
  • Sexual content depicting a person without their consent;
  • Sexually explicit deepfakes or synthetic depictions of identifiable people;
  • Content promoting sexual services where prohibited;
  • Other sexually explicit or pornographic material.

SLUP.TV may apply stricter restrictions to sexual or suggestive material when necessary for distribution to third-party platforms.

Children and sexual exploitation

SLUP.TV has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (“CSAM”) or sexual exploitation of minors.

You may never create, request, upload, possess through the Service, distribute or attempt to generate content that:

  • Sexually depicts a minor;
  • Sexualizes a minor;
  • Depicts sexual activity involving a minor;
  • Encourages or facilitates the sexual exploitation of a minor;
  • Promotes grooming or sexual contact with minors;
  • Requests or distributes CSAM;
  • Depicts a minor in a sexual fetish context;
  • Creates sexualized synthetic or AI-generated representations of minors.

This prohibition applies whether the depiction is:

  • Real;
  • Fictional;
  • Illustrated;
  • Animated;
  • AI-generated;
  • Photorealistic;
  • Edited;
  • Composited;
  • Purportedly fictional.

Content intentionally designed to make an adult appear to be a child in a sexual context may also be prohibited.

Where required or appropriate, suspected child sexual exploitation may be reported to the relevant authorities or child-safety organizations.

Non-consensual intimate imagery

You may not create, request or distribute intimate or sexual imagery of another identifiable person without their consent.

This includes AI-generated or manipulated material commonly referred to as:

  • Sexual deepfakes;
  • Fake nudes;
  • Undressing imagery;
  • Synthetic intimate imagery.

The fact that an image is artificially generated does not remove this restriction.

Violence and graphic content

You may not use SLUP.TV to create or promote content that:

  • Encourages serious real-world violence;
  • Makes credible threats of violence;
  • Glorifies acts of terrorism or mass violence;
  • Provides actionable assistance for committing serious violent wrongdoing;
  • Contains extreme graphic violence or gore primarily intended to shock or glorify suffering;
  • Depicts torture or extreme cruelty for sadistic purposes.

Fictional, comedic, artistic, documentary or news-related depictions may be treated differently depending on context.

Hate and discriminatory abuse

You may not use SLUP.TV to promote hatred, dehumanization or violence against people based on protected characteristics.

This includes content advocating:

  • Genocide;
  • Ethnic cleansing;
  • Slavery;
  • Violent discrimination;
  • Extermination or removal of protected groups.

Historical, documentary, educational, satirical or counterspeech content may be permitted when the context is clear.

Harassment and abuse

You may not use SLUP.TV to:

  • Make credible threats;
  • Encourage others to harass someone;
  • Engage in sustained targeted harassment;
  • Blackmail or extort someone;
  • Dox another person;
  • Reveal highly sensitive personal information without authorization;
  • Encourage real-world harm against another person.

Self-harm

You may not use SLUP.TV to encourage, glorify or provide instructions intended to facilitate suicide or serious self-harm.

Supportive, preventative, educational and recovery-related discussions may be permitted.

Terrorism and violent extremism

You may not use SLUP.TV to recruit for, materially support, praise or promote terrorist organizations or violent extremist activity.

Documentary, journalistic, educational, historical or counterspeech content may be treated differently when the context is clear.

Illegal activity

You may not use SLUP.TV to facilitate or promote serious unlawful activity.

This includes content intended to assist with:

  • Human trafficking;
  • Sexual exploitation;
  • Fraud;
  • Theft;
  • Extortion;
  • Kidnapping;
  • Illegal trafficking;
  • Serious cybercrime;
  • Other serious criminal activity.

Dangerous instructions

You may not use SLUP.TV to request or distribute actionable instructions where the primary purpose is to enable serious harm.

This can include detailed instructions for:

  • Building explosive devices;
  • Conducting violent attacks;
  • Producing dangerous illegal substances;
  • Bypassing safety systems for the purpose of causing harm;
  • Conducting destructive cyberattacks;
  • Other activities presenting a substantial risk of serious injury.

Fraud, scams and deception

You may not use SLUP.TV to:

  • Defraud another person;
  • Operate scams;
  • Conduct phishing;
  • Steal credentials;
  • Impersonate another person for fraudulent purposes;
  • Manipulate people into providing money or sensitive information;
  • Produce fake documents for fraudulent use.

Impersonation and deceptive synthetic media

You may not deceptively impersonate another person.

AI-generated depictions of real people may be restricted when they are likely to falsely represent that person as having said or done something materially harmful, illegal, sexual or fraudulent.

Satire, parody and clearly fictional material may be permitted where viewers are not reasonably likely to be deceived.

Privacy

You may not publish another person's private or highly sensitive information without authorization when doing so creates a meaningful privacy or safety risk.

This includes information such as:

  • Passwords;
  • Authentication credentials;
  • Financial account credentials;
  • Private identification documents;
  • Highly sensitive medical information;
  • Private addresses where disclosure creates a safety risk.

Intellectual property

You may not use SLUP.TV to knowingly infringe another person's copyrights, trademarks or other intellectual-property rights.

You are responsible for having the necessary rights to content you upload or use as reference material.

Malware and cybersecurity abuse

You may not use SLUP.TV to:

  • Distribute malware;
  • Conduct phishing;
  • Steal credentials;
  • Compromise accounts;
  • Attack the Service;
  • Exploit vulnerabilities;
  • Interfere with other users;
  • Facilitate malicious cyber activity.

Spam and manipulation

You may not:

  • Spam the Service;
  • Operate abusive automated accounts;
  • Artificially manipulate views, reactions or rankings;
  • Flood the platform with repetitive submissions;
  • Coordinate activity intended to disrupt the platform;
  • Abuse APIs, generation systems or other platform resources.

9. Do not bypass our moderation systems

SLUP.TV uses automated and human moderation to enforce these Terms.

You may not intentionally bypass, defeat, interfere with or evade our moderation or safety systems.

Prohibited circumvention includes attempts to:

  • Obfuscate prohibited prompts;
  • Deliberately misspell prohibited terms to evade detection;
  • Replace words with symbols, numbers or coded language;
  • Encode prohibited instructions;
  • Hide instructions within files or metadata;
  • Break a prohibited request into several separate prompts;
  • Crop, blur, cover or manipulate content to defeat detection;
  • Use adversarial images or text;
  • Use prompt injection techniques to disable safeguards;
  • Ask an AI model to ignore safety instructions;
  • Route prohibited requests through another feature;
  • Re-upload content that was removed;
  • Create additional accounts to avoid restrictions;
  • Use another person's account to bypass a suspension;
  • Repeatedly probe moderation systems to determine how to evade them.

Testing the limits of the moderation system for the purpose of bypassing it is itself a violation of these Terms.

10. Automated moderation

SLUP.TV uses automated systems, including artificial intelligence, classifiers and other technologies, to analyze activity and content.

Moderation may occur:

  • Before generation;
  • During generation;
  • Before submission;
  • Before publication;
  • During a livestream;
  • After publication;
  • When content is reported;
  • Before content is transmitted to another platform.

Our systems may analyze:

  • Prompts;
  • Images;
  • Video;
  • Audio;
  • Text;
  • Chat messages;
  • User activity;
  • Account history;
  • Metadata;
  • Generated outputs.

11. Moderation is not perfect

Automated moderation systems can make mistakes.

They may:

  • Block content that does not violate these Terms;
  • Fail to detect content that violates these Terms;
  • Misclassify a prompt or video;
  • Apply restrictions differently based on context.

SLUP.TV does not guarantee that moderation systems will identify every violation.

The existence of prohibited content on the Service does not mean that SLUP.TV approves, endorses or permits that content.

12. No obligation to pre-screen everything

SLUP.TV may moderate content but is not obligated to manually review every prompt, upload, video, message or livestream before it appears.

Users remain responsible for their own content and conduct.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SLUP.TV is not responsible for User Content merely because it was generated, submitted, displayed, streamed or distributed through the Service.

13. Moderation and enforcement

We may take action when we believe content or conduct violates these Terms, creates risk to the Service, violates third-party platform requirements or is otherwise inappropriate for SLUP.TV.

Actions may include:

  • Refusing a prompt;
  • Stopping a generation;
  • Blocking an upload;
  • Removing content;
  • Hiding content;
  • Age-restricting content;
  • Limiting distribution;
  • Preventing content from entering a livestream;
  • Replacing content with a moderation notice or placeholder;
  • Preventing content from being transmitted to a third-party platform;
  • Removing content from a feed;
  • Restricting features;
  • Reducing account privileges;
  • Issuing a warning;
  • Temporarily suspending an account;
  • Permanently terminating an account;
  • Preventing creation of replacement accounts.

We may take these actions automatically.

We are not required to provide advance notice before taking action where immediate enforcement is reasonably necessary.

14. Third-party streaming-platform rules

SLUP.TV may distribute livestreams or User Content to third-party services.

Those services may have different or stricter content rules than SLUP.TV.

For example, a piece of content that could otherwise remain on SLUP.TV may be prevented from appearing in a stream being transmitted to another service.

SLUP.TV may automatically:

  • Remove content from an external feed;
  • Replace content with a placeholder;
  • Delay content;
  • Censor portions of a broadcast;
  • Skip a submission entirely;

when we believe distribution could violate another platform's rules or place SLUP.TV accounts at risk.

We do not guarantee that content accepted by SLUP.TV will be accepted by another platform.

15. Reporting content

Users may report content they believe violates these Terms.

We may review reports using automated systems, human moderators or both.

Submitting false, abusive or intentionally misleading reports may itself violate these Terms.

16. Content ownership

As between you and SLUP.TV, you retain whatever ownership rights you legally have in User Content you submit.

These Terms do not give you rights that you do not otherwise have.

In particular, intellectual-property rights in AI-generated material can vary depending on applicable law, the circumstances of generation, the content used as input and the rights of third parties.

SLUP.TV does not guarantee that you will obtain copyright or exclusive ownership of AI-generated content.

17. License to SLUP.TV

By submitting User Content to SLUP.TV, you grant SLUP.TV a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

  • Host;
  • Store;
  • Cache;
  • Copy;
  • Reproduce;
  • Transcode;
  • Encode;
  • Compress;
  • Resize;
  • Format;
  • Display;
  • Perform;
  • Stream;
  • Transmit;
  • Distribute;
  • Make available;

your User Content as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, moderate, distribute and provide the Service.

This license includes the right to make technical modifications necessary to provide the Service, such as changing video formats, resolution, bitrate, thumbnails or aspect ratios.

For content submitted to public feeds or livestreams, this license includes the ability to distribute that content through SLUP.TV and supported third-party platforms.

You also authorize us to provide your content to service providers that perform hosting, streaming, AI processing, moderation, encoding, storage and related services on our behalf.

18. Public content

SLUP.TV is designed around public content.

If you submit content for public display or broadcasting, you understand that:

  • Other people can see it;
  • Other people may record it;
  • It may appear in livestreams;
  • It may appear on third-party platforms;
  • It may be clipped or screenshotted;
  • It may be reposted by others;
  • Copies may continue to exist after you delete the original.

SLUP.TV cannot control copies made independently by third parties.

Do not submit content publicly if you expect it to remain private or confidential.

19. Rights to uploaded material

You represent that you have the rights, permissions and authority necessary to submit material to SLUP.TV.

This includes reference images, videos, audio, likenesses and other material you use as inputs to AI-generation systems.

You may not upload material merely because you found it online if you do not have the legal right to use it in the manner requested.

20. People appearing in your content

You are responsible for obtaining any consent or authorization required when your content depicts, imitates, records or identifies another person.

You may not use SLUP.TV to violate another person's:

  • Privacy rights;
  • Publicity rights;
  • Personality rights;
  • Copyrights;
  • Other legal rights.

If you believe content available through SLUP.TV infringes your copyright or other intellectual-property rights, you may contact us at:

Your notice should identify:

  • The protected work;
  • The allegedly infringing content;
  • Where the content appears;
  • Your contact information;
  • The basis for your claim.

We may remove or restrict disputed content while reviewing a complaint.

Users who repeatedly infringe intellectual-property rights may have their accounts suspended or terminated.

22. Third-party services

SLUP.TV may rely on or interact with third-party services, including:

  • AI providers;
  • Streaming platforms;
  • Hosting providers;
  • Content-delivery networks;
  • Video processors;
  • Email providers;
  • Authentication providers;
  • Social-media services.

We do not control third-party services.

Their own terms, policies, restrictions and availability may apply.

A third-party service may modify, suspend or discontinue its service at any time, which may affect SLUP.TV functionality.

23. Service availability

SLUP.TV is provided on an evolving basis.

We may:

  • Add features;
  • Remove features;
  • Modify the interface;
  • Change AI models;
  • Change service providers;
  • Modify moderation rules;
  • Change technical limits;
  • Suspend parts of the Service;
  • Discontinue features.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

24. Experimental features

Some SLUP.TV features may be experimental, beta or powered by rapidly evolving artificial intelligence systems.

Experimental features may:

  • Fail;
  • Produce unexpected outputs;
  • Be modified without notice;
  • Become temporarily unavailable;
  • Be discontinued.

Use these features at your own risk.

25. No endorsement of User Content

User Content reflects the views, creativity and conduct of the users who submit it.

SLUP.TV does not necessarily review, approve, endorse, support or agree with User Content.

The appearance of content on SLUP.TV does not mean that SLUP.TV considers the content accurate, appropriate or lawful.

26. No reliance on generated content

AI-generated and user-generated content available through SLUP.TV is primarily provided for entertainment and creative purposes.

Do not rely on SLUP.TV content as professional:

  • Medical advice;
  • Legal advice;
  • Financial advice;
  • Safety advice;
  • Emergency instructions;
  • Professional advice of any kind.

Always verify important information independently.

27. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SLUP.TV and the Service are provided “as is” and “as available.”

We do not guarantee that:

  • The Service will always be available;
  • Content will always be preserved;
  • AI outputs will be accurate;
  • Moderation decisions will always be correct;
  • The Service will be free from errors;
  • User Content will be safe or appropriate;
  • Third-party services will remain available;
  • Generated content will be unique or non-infringing.

You use the Service at your own risk.

28. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SLUP.TV will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages arising from or relating to:

  • Your use of the Service;
  • User Content;
  • AI-generated content;
  • Content submitted by another user;
  • Moderation decisions;
  • Account suspension or termination;
  • Lost content;
  • Third-party services;
  • Livestream interruptions;
  • Unauthorized copying or redistribution of public content;
  • Reliance on generated or user-submitted information.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

29. User responsibility and indemnification

You are responsible for your use of the Service and your User Content.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold SLUP.TV harmless from claims, losses, liabilities and expenses arising from:

  • Your User Content;
  • Your violation of these Terms;
  • Your violation of another person's rights;
  • Your unlawful use of the Service;
  • Material you submit without authorization.

30. Suspension and termination

You may stop using SLUP.TV at any time.

We may restrict, suspend or terminate access to the Service if we reasonably believe that:

  • You violated these Terms;
  • You attempted to bypass moderation;
  • Your activity poses a security risk;
  • Your activity exposes SLUP.TV or another service to legal or platform risk;
  • Your account is involved in abuse;
  • Suspension is otherwise reasonably necessary to protect the Service or its users.

Serious violations may result in immediate permanent termination.

Certain provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply after your account ends.

31. Changes to these Terms

SLUP.TV will continue to evolve.

We may update these Terms to reflect:

  • New features;
  • New AI technologies;
  • Changes to moderation;
  • New third-party integrations;
  • Security requirements;
  • Legal requirements;
  • Changes in how SLUP.TV operates.

Material changes will be posted with an updated effective date.

Continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms where permitted by applicable law.

32. Severability

If part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

33. No waiver

If SLUP.TV does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not waive our right to enforce it later.

34. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with the SLUP.TV Privacy Policy and any additional rules displayed for specific features, constitute the agreement governing your use of SLUP.TV.
